Who I am as a Leader
I am a compassionate, nurturing, servant leader who believes the best results comes from growing the capacity of people around me. I believe in building authentic, foundational relationships with all stakeholders. Showing genuine care for the people I serve and acknowledging the work they do is what has made me a successful school leader.

Digital Story
In the fall of 2017, the DPLA cohort went on a digital story retreat. Here we spent three full days exploring ourselves and creating a video about our journey to become school leaders and why we have chosen to do the work we do. This video explains who I am at my core and why I have chosen to be a school leader. |

Strength Deployment Inventory Personalized Report
The Strength Deployment Inventory was an assessment given to us during our BB&T Leadership Institute training. The results of this test signify that my motivational value system is blue. Blue means that you are altruistic and you are a nurturer at your core. The results from this assessment were very accurate to my values and how I see myself as a leader.
True Colors Personality Report
When taking the true colors personality report, my primary color is blue by a large margin. After blue, I reflect orange followed by green and gold equally.
